- Your cookie choice itself (the categories you picked, a random reference id, and a timestamp), plus security and load-balancing tokens set by our host.
- Why
- To remember your privacy decision so we do not ask again on every page, and to serve the site securely. Without this we cannot honour your choice.

- Not shared. Stored in your own browser for 12 months, or until you clear it.
Preferences
- What is stored
- Interface settings such as reduced-motion and language selection.
- Why
- To keep the site behaving the way you set it, across visits, instead of resetting each time.
- Shared with / kept for
- Not shared. Stored in your own browser for 12 months.
Traffic measurement
- What is stored
- Pages viewed, approximate city-level location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. A pseudonymous visitor id.
- Why
- To count visits and see which pages are useful, so we can improve the site. We do not use this to build a profile of you or to target ads.
- Shared with / kept for
- Processed by our analytics provider as a Data Processor under contract. Retained for 14 months, then deleted.
Advertising
- What is stored
- An advertising identifier, pages you viewed here, and whether you clicked one of our ads.
- Why
- To measure whether our Meta and Google ad campaigns work, and to show you our ads on other websites. This is the only category that involves third-party tracking.
- Shared with / kept for
- Shared with Meta Platforms and Google as advertising partners. Retained for up to 13 months. We never enable this for anyone we know to be under 18, and we do not use it for behavioural advertising to children (s.9(3)).
Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you, and who we shared it with (s.11).
- Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, updated, or erased (s.12).
- Withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. We stop processing on withdrawal (s.6(4), s.6(6)).
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated (s.14).
- Complain to the Data Protection Board of India if we do not resolve your grievance (s.13(3)).

Write to Craftej Digital — Grievance Officer at craftejdigital@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

- विज़िट गिनने और यह देखने के लिए कि कौन से पृष्ठ उपयोगी हैं, ताकि हम साइट सुधार सकें। हम इससे आपकी प्रोफ़ाइल नहीं बनाते और न विज्ञापन लक्षित करते हैं।

- यह मापने के लिए कि हमारे Meta और Google विज्ञापन अभियान काम कर रहे हैं या नहीं, और अन्य वेबसाइटों पर आपको हमारे विज्ञापन दिखाने के लिए। केवल यही श्रेणी तृतीय-पक्ष ट्रैकिंग से जुड़ी है।

डीपीडीपी अधिनियम, 2023 के तहत आपके अधिकार
- हमारे पास मौजूद आपके व्यक्तिगत डेटा का सारांश, और हमने उसे किसके साथ साझा किया, यह जानने का अधिकार (धारा 11)।
- गलत या अधूरे डेटा को सही, अद्यतन या मिटवाने का अधिकार (धारा 12)।
- अपनी सहमति कभी भी उतनी ही आसानी से वापस लेने का अधिकार जितनी आसानी से दी थी। वापसी पर हम प्रोसेसिंग रोक देते हैं (धारा 6(4), 6(6))।
- मृत्यु या अक्षमता की स्थिति में इन अधिकारों का प्रयोग करने के लिए किसी अन्य व्यक्ति को नामित करने का अधिकार (धारा 14)।
- यदि हम आपकी शिकायत का समाधान नहीं करते, तो भारतीय डेटा संरक्षण बोर्ड में शिकायत करने का अधिकार (धारा 13(3))।

Children
We do not knowingly process the personal data of anyone under 18 without verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian, and we do not carry out tracking, behavioural monitoring, or targeted advertising directed at children — both are prohibited outright by s.9 of the DPDP Act, and no consent can authorise them.
Changes to this notice
When we change the purposes above, we publish a new notice version and ask for your consent again. A choice you made against an earlier version is never carried over silently.
